The GAINMORE Advantage Development Needs Analysis. For Organizations, large or small, a comprehensive competency development needs analysis undertaken by 5 to 8 senior managers. A full TNA would normally take you 6 to 9 months to do, now, you can do it in just 2 weeks and still have 75-78% accuracy when compared to a full TNA. Access is for 8 senior managers and includes individual GAPPS profiles. Includes 1 hour structured interviews and a full Development needs report.
